How does Terra Bella Box work?
Terra Bella Box is a monthly recurring subscription service. You are billed once a month and receive your box shortly after.  We focus on finding the finest products for your bath and beauty routine, made in small batches by small businesses. Your first box will be a Welcome Box, no matter what month you subscribe.

How much does it cost?
Terra Bella Box brings you 3-4 handmade bath and beauty products to your doorstep each month for $32.95, which includes free shipping in the U.S.  We offer flat rate shipping to Canada and Australia, and the rest of the world pays actual shipping costs, calculated according to weight and location.  The Makeup Edit is $29.95 per month and also has free shipping in the U.S., flat rate shipping to Canada and Australia, and actual shipping costs for the rest of the world.  

What’s inside Terra Bella Box?
In Terra Bella Box you’ll receive bath and beauty products such as cleansers, moisturizers, masks, exfoliators, hand and nail products, hair products, bath products and such.  The Makeup Edit box is strictly makeup products.  All products are made in small batches by small businesses, from ethically sourced ingredients and never tested on animals. When you say your products are "natural" what does that mean?  Are your boxes vegan? 
When we describe our products as natural, we mean that we choose products that are handmade in small batches from ingredients that are mineral or plant-based, or are naturally occurring chemical compounds, for example: ascorbic acid or caprylyl glycol, which is a preservative. On rare occasions, we may have a product that contains "fragrance oils" which may be synthetically derived, though we always make sure such fragrance oils are vegan and phthalate free. Whenever possible, we look for products that use essential oils only, but we feel that there are some great products out there that use phthalate-free fragrance oils as well. The large majority of our products ARE vegan, but we do have the occasional product that uses animal byproducts such as goat's milk or honey. 

As with any new product, you should always carefully test the product before use. Even natural ingredients can cause bad reactions if you have skin allergies or sensitivities. 

How does billing work?
Signing up for Terra Bella Box means opting into a subscription that bills you every month. We usually process payments on the 1st of the month, in advance of your next shipment.

When does Terra Bella Box ship?
We ship all our boxes in the first week of the month, and no later than the 15th of every month, with the exception being when you sign up sometime before the 22nd of the month, in which case we will ship as soon after your order is placed as possible. All boxes ship within 2-3 business days after the 22nd, at the very latest. You will receive a tracking notice when your box ships. 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the U.S., has a flat rate for Canada and Australia (varies depending on the box) and for the rest of the world, actual USPS shipping costs apply, based on your address and the weight of the box.

What are your shipping limitations?
Terra Bella Box ships to most countries. There are select countries that Terra Bella Box does not ship to, and if orders are placed from those countries, the orders will be cancelled and refunded. Terra Bella Box does not currently ship to APO addresses. All orders for APO addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

When should I expect my box?
Your box should arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping within the United States. International shipping will take longer.

Which carrier ships your boxes?
Boxes are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, click here and then click “LOGIN” at the top of the website. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please email us at contact@terrabellabox.com.

How do I cancel my account?
If you’re not completely satisfied with Terra Bella Box, you can unsubscribe at any time. In order to cancel, you can go to your account and unsubscribe yourself, but if you have any troubles please contact us at contact@terrabellabox.com

What do I do if one of the items in my box is damaged in shipping? 
If you receive an item in your box that is damaged, please email us at contact@terrabellabox.com with a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace that item, or if we no longer carry that item, we will substitute a different item for approximately the same value as the damaged item.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds for boxes that have already shipped. Please cancel your subscription before the 22nd of the month if you do not wish to receive future boxes. If you paid for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription and you wish to cancel, you can unsubscribe by visiting your account page here, but the remainder of your pre-paid subscription will be fulfilled. You will not be billed for a new subscription after that time if you unsubscribe any time before the 22nd of the last month of your pre-paid subscription.

I have allergies. Are Terra Bella Box products safe for me?
Many people have allergic reactions to the harsh chemicals that can be found in your typical store-bought bath and beauty products—and if that is you, then Terra Bella Box may be a good alternative for you. HOWEVER, just because ingredients are natural does not mean that you will not have an allergic reaction to them. Every person’s body is different and every product that you receive in a Terra Bella Box should be safely tested before use. If you have an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. We always use brands that don’t test on animals. Although many brands use organic and/or vegan ingredients, that is not the case with every brand. There are products that contain nuts, seeds, various natural essences and plant materials, as well as animal products in some cases (such as goat’s milk, for example.)
